Make your own, beautifully spiced Salt Beef with Surfy's Salt Beef Complete Dry Cure Mix, nothing else needed (except the beef, of course). Best made with Brisket although cuts like Silverside and Topside could be used.

  • Unrefined Cane Sugar
  • Spices
  • Preservatives (E250) 1.25kg Pack makes nearly 18kg of Salt Beef

Steps
