Our Beef Rub is a classic Salty and Peppery rub with a nice umami finish and a pop of coffee. Tested on the competition circuit on brisket, we’ve found that it also provides a nice base layer for anything you cook to give that salty, savory, umami flavor we all crave. Make sure to try it on a wide range of dishes from baked potatoes to veggies, eggs and even popcorn.
