Aloha! This Great Taste Award winning, luscious little Hibiscus number, with its sweet floral fruity flavours and peppery hints, leaves your tastebuds with a tangy zest for more. Delicious glazed over fish just near the end of the cook. Or heat some up and pour over a breast of duck.

  • Water
  • Ketchup ( Celery )
  • Black Treacle
  • Hibiscus Flowers Tea
  • Apple Cider Vinegar ( Sulphites )
  • Hibiscus Syrup
  • Worcester Sauce ( Fish – Anchovy )
  • Salt
  • Citric Acid
  • Xanthan Gum (E415)
  • Celery Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Tabasco

Steps

    Use as a finishing glaze, dipping sauce, or mop during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
