A fresh, herbaceous Argentine sauce. Parsley, garlic, vinegar, and olive oil — the perfect complement to grilled and smoked beef. No cooking required.

Ingredients

  • Fresh Flat-Leaf Parsley (1 cup packed)
  • Fresh Oregano (or 1 tbsp dried)
  • Garlic (4-5 cloves)
  • Red Wine Vinegar
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • Kosher Salt
  • Black Pepper

Steps

    Finely chop parsley, oregano, and garlic (or pulse in food processor).

    Add vinegar, oil, pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3
    Mix well. Do not blend smooth — keep it chunky.
  4. 4
    Rest at room temperature 30 minutes before serving. Best within 2 days.
