A fresh, herbaceous Argentine sauce. Parsley, garlic, vinegar, and olive oil — the perfect complement to grilled and smoked beef. No cooking required.
Ingredients
- Fresh Flat-Leaf Parsley (1 cup packed)
- Fresh Oregano (or 1 tbsp dried)
- Garlic (4-5 cloves)
- Red Wine Vinegar
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper
Steps
- 1Finely chop parsley, oregano, and garlic (or pulse in food processor).
- 2Add vinegar, oil, pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- 3Mix well. Do not blend smooth — keep it chunky.
- 4Rest at room temperature 30 minutes before serving. Best within 2 days.
