Ingredients
- Paprika
- Brown Sugar
- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Chili Powder
- Cayenne
- Cumin
- Celery Salt
- Mustard Powder
Steps
- 1Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- 2Break up any brown sugar clumps.
- 3Apply generously to spare ribs or baby backs — both sides.
- 4Store in airtight container for up to 3 months.
