Ingredients
- Apple Juice
- Pork or Chicken Broth
- Brown Sugar
- Kosher Salt
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
Steps
- 1Warm apple juice and broth together (do not boil).
- 2Dissolve brown sugar and salt completely.
- 3Add remaining seasonings and mix well.
- 4Inject in a 1-inch grid pattern across the pork butt.
- 5Refrigerate 1-4 hours before smoking.
