A tangy mustard-powder rub designed for pork ribs. The mustard adds a sharp bite that cuts through the richness of pork fat. Pairs perfectly with a sweet finishing glaze.

Ingredients

  • Mustard Powder
  • Smoked Paprika
  • Brown Sugar
  • Kosher Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Celery Salt
  • Cayenne
  • Ground Ginger

Steps

    Combine all ingredients and mix well.

    Apply a yellow mustard binder on ribs first.
