Ingredients
- Mustard Powder
- Smoked Paprika
- Brown Sugar
- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Celery Salt
- Cayenne
- Ground Ginger
Steps
- 1Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- 2Apply a yellow mustard binder on ribs first.
- 3Coat generously with the rub.
- 4Smoke at 250°F for 5-6 hours (spare ribs) or 4-5 hours (baby backs).
