Ingredients

Kosher Salt
Coarse Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Dried Parsley
Cayenne

Steps

Mix all ingredients together.

Coat tri-tip, top sirloin, or any beef cut generously.

Grill over red oak if available, or any hardwood.

Rest 10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
