One part coarse black pepper to two parts kosher salt. A milder pepper profile that works great on beef ribs, chuck roasts, and for those who prefer salt-forward seasoning.
Ingredients
- Coarse Black Pepper (16-mesh)
- Kosher Salt (Morton's)
Steps
- 1Mix 1 part coarse 16-mesh black pepper to 2 parts kosher salt.
- 2Apply generously to your protein.
- 3Works especially well on beef ribs and chuck roasts.
