One part coarse black pepper to two parts kosher salt. A milder pepper profile that works great on beef ribs, chuck roasts, and for those who prefer salt-forward seasoning.

Ingredients

  • Coarse Black Pepper (16-mesh)
  • Kosher Salt (Morton's)

Steps

    Mix 1 part coarse 16-mesh black pepper to 2 parts kosher salt.
